How to access your warranty?

Contact us at aftersales@thetubly.com with pictures of the defected part, serial number of the product, email an phone number and we will guide you through the process.

How long do I need to wait for a replacement part?

If a part is needed to be shipped, we will generally ship a replacement part in 3-5 working days after warranty is approved.

General Information

Our Manufacturing Limited Warranty is limited to manufacturing errors, failed components and malfunctioning of those original components. It is not an insurance and is voided if product is used in any commercial application, demonstration or parties. A Tubly cannot be removed or moved around without approval of manufacturer and has to be filled with water before start up or it will damage (as in any other hot tub) the pump. We are not responsible for damages due to bad use, excess of people inside the hot tub, due to any type of natural event or deliveries issues.
